The staff are warm and immensely helpful, from restaurant suggestions to finding a specific brand of yoghurt that was listed on the menu but not readily available. Valet parking attendants serve double duty as informal concierges, which adds to the warmth and spontaneity of the place.

The staff was wonderful. We went for our mom's birthday and they added a personal touch with a happy Birthday note to her. The place is clean, spacious and has a warm, classy and cozy vintage feel. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa experience and both restaurants in the hotel. Masa & Agave was especially good. Thank you to all at the Ivy for making this a great stay!

The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the extra large tub was divine. Thank you for a sweet memory and a lovely stay!
